Where you are right now

Coaching helps you chart your life as it is right now (current state), and how you want life to be (goal state) as well as the steps you need to take to get there.

1-1 Sessions

My approach is focused on discovering what is truly important to you. We´ll take a deep dive into your goals, personal strengths, beliefs and fears, all with the aim of helping you create a strong connection with yourself.


Coaching will support you in:

  • Shaping your inner compass: This involves exploring your values, personal strengths, and goals to create a clear direction for your life.


  • Checking in with your (often critical) inner voice: We'll explore the thoughts and self-talk that may be holding you back and learn how to shift towards a more compassionate tone. 


  • Identifying unhelpful beliefs and patterns: We'll work together to challenge any limiting beliefs or negative thought patterns that may hinder your progress.


  • Setting meaningful goals: We'll develop actionable and meaningful goals that align with your values, empowering you to take steps towards achieving them.


Having a strong connection with yourself and a clear sense of direction makes navigating life's challenges so much easier. As you begin to develop self-awareness, you'll notice significant shifts – instead of worrying about what other people think and compare yourself to others, you'll appreciate yourself just as you are. That feeling of being stuck will transform into motivation for positive change, and you'll find yourself less preoccupied with what everyone else is doing. Instead, you'll experience a sense of calmness, knowing that you're focused on what truly matters to you.

I use a diverse toolbox to tailor the coaching process to your specific needs, based on:

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

  • Quality of Life Therapy

  • Self-Compassion Therapy

  • CBT & Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
